Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC owns the mortgage servicing rights to your loan. We contract with various sub- servicers to service loans on our behalf. These sub-servicers process payments, manage the escrow, and provide customer service for your existing mortgage. If you have questions about one of the following items, please contact your subservicer. Lakeview cannot directly answer these questions.

If your loan has been recently transferred to Lakeview Loan Servicing, it can take up to 10 days for the transfer to be complete.

To make sure that your questions are addressed as quickly as possible, please contact your subservicer directly if you have any questions or concerns about your payment.

Call the 800 number on your monthly statement. The numbers on your statement are associated with your subservicer, and will ensure that your question or concern is addressed promptly.

Your Statement

Statements are sent by your subservicer, and contain information about your mortgage including your balance, due date, and account activity. If you have questions about your existing mortgage, please contact your subservicer directly. Lakeview will not be able to answer these questions.
